Position: IT System Support Consultant
Location: 100% onsite near Aliso Viejo, CA
Duration: 3+ months contract
Compensation: 50.00 to 70.00 per hour (DOE)

Partnered with a client who is looking f this person to support and maintain core business systems across IT Operations and Sales Operations environments. This role is critical in reducing operational risk, improving data integrity, and eliminating single points of failure as the organization continues to grow.

The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient systems generalist who thrives in a support-oriented environment rather than strategic planning or system implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Systems & Application Support
- Support and maintain IT and Sales Operations systems, including CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce acceptable)
- Troubleshoot system issues, integrations, and data inconsistencies across platforms
- Serve as an end-to-end owner of issues, ensuring resolution without handoffs
- Perform system administration tasks including user onboarding and offboarding
Data & Reporting
- Pull and validate data from systems such as HubSpot and Domo
- Support and maintain existing dashboards and reporting (not heavy build, more optimization and troubleshooting)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
- Provide analytics support
IT Operations & Support
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support as needed
- Support and triage Microsoft/Azure environment issues
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve day-to-day system and access needs
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, and system documentation
- Identify and eliminate single points of failure
- Improve system stability and operational workflows

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in an IT Systems Analyst, IT Operations, or similar support-focused role
- Experience supporting CRM systems (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or similar acceptable)
- Experience working within Microsoft-based environments (O365, Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities across systems, data, and integrations
- Experience with data validation, reporting, and dashboards
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
